If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship it back to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the spare parts, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
